Every winter SURFACE Festival comes alive - bringing together artists of all forms from around the globe to transform spaces on the sunny Gold coast, Australia.
With 52 murals within Miami, Nobby’s Beach and Burleigh, Surface can be visited all year round. Check out our epic mural map & take yourself on a self-guided walking or riding tour throughout town.
Every year for the past five years SURFACE produces an epic two-week program with living large-scale mural paintings, outdoor exhibitions, gallery nights, live music gigs, kids events + so much more.
Surface Festival is a celebration of art & creatives here on the Gold Coast.

Produced by the creative team at Miami Marketta along with their adjacent creative business community, Surface delivers a vibrant program of events that re-imagine the surfaces of Miami.
Miami Marketta, established in 2011 by artists for artists, has transformed a converted industrial laneway into one of the Gold Coast’s most iconic creative gathering spaces.
